Christian Education
The Christian Education Department is designed to provide easy access to Biblical teaching on various topics of interest. Our
courses are taught by pastors and trained lay persons. The Christian Education Center's  plan of discipleship is a two-class
process that ensures development and maturity in critical areas of the need to benefit the Kingdom of God.
SUNDAY SCHOOL meets Sunday at 9:30am                BIBLE CLASS meets on Tuesday nights at 7:30pm

Men's Ministry
“And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the Garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.” Genesis 2:15

If the church is to gain any influence in the affairs of our day-to-day existence, Christian men must take their places in the life
and work of the church and fulfill the responsibility they have toward God and their fellow man. It is theirs to tend to the
vineyard, nurture the vine, and prepare the fruit in an acceptable manner.

It is the purpose of this ministry to seek and stimulate men and boys to become more committed to the study of God’s Word,
and allow that which we learn to become a part of our daily lives. Men are also presented with the opportunity to lend their time
and talents to the temporal affairs of the church. Equal time is given to Bible Study and other activities.

Rise up, O men of God!
The church for you doth wait,
Her strength unequal to the task
Rise up and make her great!

Youth/Children's Ministry

“Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6 RSV

The primary focus of the Youth Ministry is to establish a strong spiritual and theological foundation. It is essential for our youth
to develop an understanding of the personality of God, the person of Jesus Christ, an appreciation of scripture and the
importance of a devotional life and the role of the church.

It has been a commonality for “Youth Departments” to focus on the appeasement of our youth by accommodating their
request to frequent amusement and recreational parks, sporting events and other extended activities. Recreation plays an
important role; however, it is only temporal and if it is used as a primary rather than a secondary focus or stimulant, our youth
will suffer from a lack of spiritual growth. In order to combat the possibilities of spiritual destruction, we must work to instill
biblical/theological principles. The wants and desires of our youth are evident; however, we are commissioned to focus on the
need.
The youth meet on Friday nights at 7:00pm
